Constantly ask how you can gain weight, which I had to lose weight - 132.2 kg.

It's very simple. This is primarily uncontrolled eating behavior (of the series, I eat a little, but getting fat - so small, but so rich in calories), and the second - the result of the struggle with being overweight.

Yes, you read that right. I have spent my life struggling with obesity.

Tried a bunch of diets practiced fasting. Can you imagine? Last week I could starve and drink only water. Weight went great!

But as soon as my will power was turned off - began failures. And all that I lost on a diet or fasting - returns. Go back and bring their friends!

And now, 132.2 kg! One day, as the scales fell - or I change something in their lives, and dramatically, or say good-bye in the first place, with the remnants of Health.

I learned a lot of information about weight loss. Not about diets, and the transition to proper nutrition and weight loss on it. I learned that he had long known - that it helps to lose weight calorie deficit and a balanced BZHU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) gives the body the necessary material to him.

And now, more than one and a half years (from May 2018), I'm losing weight on a calorie deficit, taking into account the correct power. I try to cook low-calorie dishes, so that they are at the same time tasty and hearty.

And today my result - minus 56 kg! Yes! Already 56!

For breakfast eggs of two egg sandwich on whole wheat bread (20 g), chicken roll (60 g) and a few cherry tomatoes.

Breakfast turned out at me 350 kcal.

At breakfast was green tea. And each time before a meal (about 15 minutes) drink a glass of water.

11 hours snack today for a feast.

And green tea with a sandwich on whole wheat bread (20 g) with butter (less than 5 g) and caviar carp (20 g) and peanuts (20g) with dried cranberries (20 g), and Mandarin (100 g). True peanuts with cranberries eaten during the day.

Snack turned on 320 kcal, Some of which fell on the nuts and dried cranberries and distributed throughout the day.

For lunch quickly cooked fish soup from canned salmon with potato and bulgur.

Plate soup (450 g) and wholemeal bread slice (about 20 g) left on 195 kcal.

After dinner, after about an hour, ate 100 g of mango - 70 kcal.

I already told you that in my life there were contact lenses, as has recently become rapidly deteriorating vision (more on computer work).

And then a few weeks of experience with contact lenses, and I realized that I needed more and glasses. Lenses - nice and convenient when you have somewhere to go: on a walk, on a visit to the cinema, and so on. And here at home I prefer glasses.

And today I had my first points. How did it perfectly, to see everything!

Returning from the optics with the new glasses, I quickly fried himself on the non-stick frying pan without oil 200 g uncooked chicken breast, add salt to it, pepper and hops-suneli. And cooked vegetable salad (150 g of tomato, cucumber 80 g, 10% cream 25 g).

It turned out to dinner 300 kcal.

Another bought carambola try today, but calorie count did not begin, because at 100g only 31 calories, and I ate 3 slices.

In the end, the day was on 1225 kcal.
