If you have cabbage, pita bread, eggs and milk and a little time, you can make a very lazy cabbage pie! Hearty, tasty and very easy to prepare.

- Chinese cabbage - 510 g (you can take white cabbage),
- carrots - 40 g
- onions - 75g,
- 2 chicken eggs (weight of 1 egg 60 g),
- 150 g milk 2.5%,
- 125 g thin pita bread.
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic,
- 2 g olive oil
- 5 g sesame seeds optional.

The first step is to stew the cabbage with carrots and onions.
I first fry carrots and onions in a drop of oil, then add finely chopped cabbage, dry garlic, salt, pepper and carcass until tender. The excess liquid should evaporate.
If you still have stewed cabbage - great, let's put it in the pie!
The cabbage is ready - we are preparing the filling for the pie.
Beat two eggs, salt them a little, add milk and beat well again. I just beat it with a whisk, it is not necessary to beat it into a lather.
Cut the lavash into small pieces with scissors and send it to the eggs with milk.
Add stewed cabbage there and mix everything.
Put in a baking dish. I use silicone molds, which do not need to be lubricated, and they make baked goods great.
My form is 18 cm. If you have a smaller diameter of the mold, the cake will be taller than mine.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
