Why did I give up dieting? Because they brought only fleeting results. After finishing the next diet, I returned to my normal diet, gaining weight again. The understanding of the main thing came not so long ago: in order to lose weight and maintain harmony, it is necessary to come to such a diet that will possibly support all life. Fasting on diets and limiting ourselves in a variety of foods throughout our lives is hardly within the power of many of us.

For me, the salvation was the control of nutrition with the help of calorie counting and BJU, in which, having established a minimum calorie deficit, you can comfortably, tasty, slimmer without disruption. Yes, not fast, but without harm to health. At the same time, eating habits change, which in the future makes it easy to maintain the result.

Something all my readers are modestly silent and, except for Elena, no one reminded about the joint checkweighing. Apparently, they played good on March 8? And you continue to play naughty with pancakes during Shrovetide week?

If we relax a lot, we won't achieve great results. We already know - everything is fine, but in moderation! Therefore, no one canceled weight control!

For lunch I ate a bowl of soup (450 g) and whole grain bread (30 g) with squash caviar (40 g).

And in the evening I have a vegetable salad (150 g of vegetables), seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil (5 g) and minced pork cutlets / chicken breast (150). Came out on 370 kcal.

I saved some free calories to try the yoghurt cake I baked before dinner today. It should be noted that Friday evening is something tasty and at the same time low-calorie. By the way, the yogurt cake (or even rather a soufflΓ©, I don't know how to call it correctly) turned out to be tender, airy and low-calorie, which is very important for slimming sweet tooth. I will definitely share the recipe with you soon.

A slice of yoghurt pie with pear (150 g) came out on 180 kcal.

The result of my day: K - 1555, B - 100, F - 70, U - 131. The rate of water has been drunk.
