But in order to become slim, change your eating habits, change your lifestyle and never again sit on starvation diets, easily maintaining your normal weight, you just need a little patience and 15 minutes day:
My only regret is that I didn’t come across information about calorie counting and a reasonable deficit earlier.
Why is it reasonable? Because counting calories and sitting on a diet of 1000 - 1200 kcal is the same as sitting on a rigid diet. The end result will be the same - stop sitting at 1000-1200 calories - go back to your usual diet and gain excess weight again.
But the minimum calorie deficit will help you change your attitude to food, understand how much you need to eat, teach you consciously approach to food, will help develop eating habits that will stay with you, and in the future, will help not to gain too much the weight.
It was calorie counting that helped me lose weight and start a new "easy" life in which I no longer carry the weight of another person on my shoulders.
I would like to once again congratulate all women on March 8, as well as on the beginning of Maslenitsa!

⛔I am citing my menu only as an example of nutrition based on KBZHU counting, since the calorie rate is individual and each of us has our own, as well as the calorie deficit.

The menu on March 8, one might say, is not quite festive, since we allowed ourselves sweets and rest on March 7 - I had a loading day and I did not count the KBZHU, but today I am back in the ranks and try to keep my daily KBZHU.
My holiday breakfast started with sandwiches - one of my favorite breakfasts and satiates well.
Sandwiches on whole grain rye bread (60 g) with chicken liver pate (120 g) and pickled cucumber (50 g). Learned from me for breakfast 420 kcal.
In the afternoon, as a snack, I drank green tea and ate 20 g of chocolate, as well as 15 g of pine nuts - 210 kcal.
March 8 is the beginning of Pancake Week, on which I congratulate you all once again. We started the Pancake Week with pancakes and plan to end it with pancakes as well.
I tried to bake pancakes according to the recipe from my old notebook, in which I began to rewrite my mother's recipes and others I liked since school. I baked pancakes from premium flour. That's how I decided that the first pancakes will be traditional for me. If I bake it again until Maslenitsa, then using whole grain flour.
For lunch I have pancakes (150 g) with lightly salted fish (80 g) and some caviar.

Why is it better to use whole grain flour than premium flour?
Whole grain, or as it is also called whole-ground, is flour that is made from unrefined grains. The grains are ground together with the flower coat and grain germ. The milled grains are not sieved and all the constituent grains are used for food.
Whole grain flour has a richer chemical composition. It is thanks to its rich chemical composition that whole grain flour is so appreciated by those who lead a healthy lifestyle.
Whole grain flour contains trace elements: potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, iodine, copper, zinc, iron, as well as vitamins - P, PP, E, H, A, B vitamins and beta-carotene.
In addition, the fiber contained in whole grain flour is highly nourishing and gives a feeling of fullness for a long time, and is also practically not absorbed by the body. This has a beneficial effect on bowel function.
Although my pancakes were not made from whole grain flour, but due to the additional protein contained in fish and caviar, I kept satiety for a long time.
But the dinner turned out from a series "at the request of home" - assembled from various "Wishlist". The main motive for the dinner was a jar of pickled honey mushrooms, which we ourselves collected and pickled in the summer.
Mushrooms without potatoes, no way! And I have already insisted on the vegetable salad.
My dinner is 200 g of mashed potatoes, 150 g of vegetable salad (tomato, pepper, cucumber), seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil and 150 g of pickled mushrooms.
Went out dinner for 360 kcal.
My day turned out to be 1535 kcal. B - 81, F - 69, U - 134.
I definitely drink my water intake - for me it is about 2 liters of clean drinking water.
