Today I bring to your attention recipe for a delicious, quick pie. In the dough of which you can dispose of jam stuck in the refrigerator.

I got this recipe from my mother, and I quite often use it to cook such a pie.

It turns out to be lush, moderately sweet, with the aroma of your favorite jam. You can supplement the dough by adding raisins or nuts to it - whatever you like, and it will turn out even tastier! πŸ₯°

πŸ“• Ingredients for cooking: 🍲

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Any seedless jam - 1 cup (250 ml)
Sugar - 130-150 g (to taste)
Kefir (the percentage of fat does not matter) - 1 glass
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - a pinch (can be substituted with vanilla sugar)
Flour - about 350 g
Raisins, nuts, candied fruits - to taste, availability and desire.

We take a deep bowl convenient for mixing and pour the jam into it. It can be absolutely anything - apricot, cherry, plum, strawberry, raspberry, gooseberry. This is the beauty of such a cake - according to the same recipe, baked goods with different tastes can be obtained, depending on what kind of jam you take. This time I have raspberry, not very thick. If you do not like small raspberry pits, you can rub the jam through a sieve before making the pie. Add half a spoonful of baking soda.

Mix the jam with soda well with a whisk - and you will see before your eyes how the mass begins to bubble.

After 1-2 minutes, drive in the eggs and pour in the kefir. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Now add sugar, salt and vanillin. The amount of granulated sugar can be increased or decreased depending on the sweetness of the jam and your tastes.

Stir and gradually add the sifted flour. The amount of flour depends on the density of the jam and kefir, the size of the eggs. I indicated how much it took me, and you look at the situation. The finished dough will be the same thickness as the pancake dough. You should be guided by this consistency when adding flour. Knead the dough thoroughly, breaking the smallest flour lumps.

And then you can add raisins, dried apricots or other dried fruits, candied fruits or walnut kernels chopped with a knife. We mix.

Now pour the finished dough into any baking dish. I had a silicone one, so I didn't lubricate it with anything. If the mold is metal or ceramic, it must be greased from the inside with oil, sprinkled with semolina or flour, and only then filled with dough.

And it will first be baked for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, then lower the temperature to 170 and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick: when punctured, it should come out without particles of raw dough.
