We brew healthy tea in a thermos and go for a walk to breathe in the fresh spring air!

You can just drink tea, or even better with additional benefits. By regularly adding anthelmintic natural products in micro doses and gradually creating an environment in itself unsuitable for the life of parasites, further problems with this can be avoided.

Ingredients:

1. Tea brew - half a teaspoon (usual)

2. Ground cloves - a pinch

3. Hot red pepper, ground - on the tip of a knife

4. Water - 1 glass

5. Stevia to taste

(number of components per person)

Preparation

They poured a thermos or thermo mug with boiling water, drained the water, poured in a teapot of your favorite tea.

They poured a little red pepper (oh, how parasites don't like it), cloves (it even cleans blood from "foreigners"), added sweetener (it is needed in order to lure the helminths for sweets and bring them out) and poured with cool boiling water to leave useful substances.

They let it brew a little and the tea is ready. In nature, everything is tastier (even tea from "uninvited guests")! Have a great walk and have a nice tea! :) We all have health and longevity.
