Hello friends! Today I have pea pancakes. I use chickpea flour, which is chickpea flour. You can just as well take regular pea flour and the proportions will be the same.

PEA FLOUR PANCAKES
- I add 1/3 tsp to the flour. salt, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs, 200 ml of cold water and mix everything well.
- Here I add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil. It will not be greasy, and if you do not add it it will be dry.
- Stir and leave the dough at room temperature for an hour.
- After an hour, look at your dough. If it is very thick, add water.
- There is nothing special in baking these pancakes, you need to grease the pan and gently turn the pancakes.
- They are not as elastic as wheat pancakes.
- Keep the heat between medium and minimum.
- For those who like pancakes with baking, you can fry finely chopped onions with carrots almost until cooked.
- You can also add bacon there, it will be nice with peas.
- Put a spoonful of baking powder in the pan.
- Pour the dough over it and help it spread.
Please note that the vegetables will be overcooked when baking the pancake.
I made seven and a half pancakes, some I made with hot, and some for those who do not like fried onions.
In our family, they like to eat such pancakes with sour cream.
