  • I add 1/3 tsp to the flour. salt, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 eggs, 200 ml of cold water and mix everything well.
  • Here I add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil. It will not be greasy, and if you do not add it it will be dry.
  • Stir and leave the dough at room temperature for an hour.
  • After an hour, look at your dough. If it is very thick, add water.
  • There is nothing special in baking these pancakes, you need to grease the pan and gently turn the pancakes.
  • They are not as elastic as wheat pancakes.
  • Keep the heat between medium and minimum.
  • For those who like pancakes with baking, you can fry finely chopped onions with carrots almost until cooked.
