Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a "hearty" salad. On the menu for the festive table on March 8, I included this salad that was new for me and cooked it, the result pleased not only me, but also my guests, now I will cook often, brought it to my favorite salads.

Recipe:

chicken hearts - 400 -600 g

fresh cucumber -1 pc

eggs -3 pcs

onion -1pc

For onion marinade:

vinegar 9% -2 tbsp

water -2 tbsp.

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

sugar -1 tsp

For homemade mayonnaise:

vegetable oil -150ml

egg -1 pc

mustard -1 / 2 tsp

lemon juice -1 tbsp

sugar -1 / 3 tsp

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Let's start with chicken hearts, I have 600 grams, I first cut off all the excess, wash it and put it in a saucepan. Put the bay leaf and salt. Fill with water and set to cook until tender, in order to cook faster, I cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes, in a regular saucepan you need to cook for 40-45 minutes or be guided by readiness.

Now take out, let cool and cut into strips.

Cut the onion into quarters into rings and marinate, I marinate like this, pour in 2 tbsp. 9% vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water, half a tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Cut a fresh cucumber weighing about 150-200 grams into strips.
Put hearts, cucumber, 3 eggs in a salad bowl and boil them on a coarse grater, drain the liquid from the onion and add to the salad.

We fill with mayonnaise. I cook homemade, pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg, butter and the egg should be at room temperature.

Beat with a blender until thickened for 30 seconds. Now add the mustard, salt, sugar and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Punching the mayonnaise again is ready.

Stir the salad, the salad is ready, you can add greens if desired. Simple ingredients, great taste.
