I don’t know about you, but I do not have enough summer days, warmth, the sun, and therefore I decided that I would raise mood (I hope you too) with sunny photos reminiscent of summer - where the sun is, there is a lot of greenery, nature.

Still, photos in warm clothes are not so interesting, I think.

Although, as a motivation, I decided to make such a collage:

The difference in the photo is about a year: 2018-2019-2020.

And I achieved this result in 2 years thanks to the calculation of calories and the balance of BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates). Eating delicious food without breakdowns and not starving.

If you are tired of hungry diets that you are not always able to withstand and want to slim down tasty and comfortable, be sure to try this method of losing weight as counting calories. Until you try it yourself, you will jump from diet to diet, as I did in my time.

But now everything has changed and diets are over.

As an example, I'll tell you about my menu for the day. Affordable products, simple and quick recipes. The main thing that you need to remember and what you need to get used to is to cook less high-calorie than you are used to, and also choose less high-calorie foods. And thanks to nutritional control with calorie counting - slim down.

I have a lazy khachapuri for breakfast today.

It's very satisfying and a lot of protein. And how delicious it is! I will leave the recipe in a reminder at the end of the article, many have fallen in love with it, but maybe there are those who have not yet tried this tasty treat.

Breakfast came out on 435 kcal.

I drank green tea at breakfast. I drink tea without sugar.

I decided that I would work right after breakfast, and only then I would go to cook chicken broth for lunch and cook a casserole for dinner.

During work I had a bite of fruit and drank green tea with jasmine, my favorite.

160 g of persimmon and 100 g of feijoa came out on 155 kcal.

By the way, about green tea with jasmine. I know that some of you also love this tea. But for some reason it is a rarity in stores, and if it appears, then the price rises and rises. But last night, returning home through the store, I saw that there was a special offer for my favorite tea in Magnet. It costs 126 rubles per 100 g now. So keep in mind.

At 11 o'clock I went to cook, because at 13 o'clock I have to leave for the procedures and I have to not only cook food, but also have lunch, get ready and somehow limp to the minibus.

For lunch, I have chicken broth (400 g), cooked on the skinless drumstick, with TSP noodles (70 g). Lunch went out on 200 kcal.

Let me remind you that I boil the vermicelli separately so that it does not swell in the broth. I just put the vermicelli in portions into plates and pour in hot broth. Usually nobody wants to eat chicken noodle soup the next day because the noodles have turned the soup into porridge. And so, we save the broth and for several days do not think about what to cook for lunch.

Thanks to the fact that I decided to cook a casserole for the whole family with potatoes, chicken breast and under the cheese and curd cap that I need it was only to collect and send to the oven, I still have a little time left to tell you about today and write part articles. After all, articles are not written by themselves, as you understand. And I would like toπŸ˜‚.

Today I hardly got to the clinic: minibus-metro-tram. Everything was in a fog, and I was in a hurry and forgot to put on the lenses, and without them I can't see anything beyond my nose - thanks to my work at the computer. Well, just like in the fog I arrived.

The bandage that was put on my legs, apparently, was tight. I just dreamed when it was removed already. I would like it to be over as soon as possible, and there are still 5 procedures ahead (there are 10 of them). The main thing is that everything is not in vain.

Came home for dinner. It's good that my husband still picks me up after work. I guessed with the appointment for the procedures so that it was convenient for him to pick me up.

And for dinner we have a casserole with potatoes, chicken breast and under the most delicious hat. At first, I decided to cook just a chicken breast under a hat according to my recipe, but then I thought that I also need to cook the side dish separately and decided to combine several recipes in one.

As a result, I baked everything together and it turned out very tasty.

280g casserole and 100g vegetables - 445 kcal.

And 3 hours before bedtime I drank tea with dried mango (50 g) - 160 kcal.

I decided today to rest more and go to bed early. I began not to get enough sleep. I have to get up earlier in order to work more (after all, I have minus 4 hours a day for the trip and treatment), I sleep badly at night because of the leg bandage, and this is the result. Little sleep, and as we know, sleep is very important for those who want to lose weight, as well as the absence of stress.

The result of the day is 1455 kcal. B - 113, F - 50, U - 132.

I drink water without fail, I observe the drinking regime. I drink at least 2 liters of clean water. I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, then 15 minutes before each meal. And I drink the rest of the water during the day. Now, in connection with trips to the procedures, I got used to drinking 400 ml before the procedure right away, when I arrive, and 400 ml after the procedure, while waiting for my husband.

Do you remember to observe the drinking regime? Do you train yourself to drink water on the sly? As some of you write to me, you yourself have already noticed that you just have to accustom yourself to drink some water - the body itself begins to ask for it. And already thirst is not confused with hunger.
