New Year's semolina porridge. Excellent breakfast for the holidays.

Today I will tell you about such a dish as New Year's semolina porridge. On New Year's holidays, I want to decorate, it would seem, even the most everyday dish - semolina porridge. Moreover, from such porridge not a single child will refuse. And the semolina will healthy breakfast, especially on holidays overloaded with various heavy foods.

1. We will need semolina, orange and a handful of walnuts. Peel the orange and squeeze juice out of it. We dilute the juice with water in a ratio of one to three, it turns out porridge with sourness. (photo scroll to the right)

3. Put the porridge on a plate. Add a piece of butter and decorate the porridge in any way you want. I made an emoticon from the remaining orange slice and walnuts. Nuts can be served any, as part of breakfast. Also breakfast can be supplemented with any fruit. By the way, you can replace the orange with tangerines, and decorate the dish with the available berries.
