Scoppers with cottage cheese, which, probably, everyone bought in the school cafeteria can really be called a masterpiece of Russian cuisine. And it is really impossible to imagine our childhood without this delicacy. I want to bring to your attention a classic recipe for scrambled eggs with cottage cheese with minor changes, a more useful option.
So let's start with the filling. I took homemade cottage cheese 350 grams, added to it ONLY the whites of two eggs, a pinch of salt and brown sugar. I always put less sugar than it was originally indicated in the recipe, there are only two tablespoons. Now the dough.
The classic dough recipe uses white wheat flour, which I swapped for whole wheat flour. Such flour has a lower glycemic index, in addition, due to minimal processing, it contains vitamins and fiber.
Dough:
chicken egg 1 pc
Brown sugar 1 tbsp the spoon
Butter 50 grams
Sour cream 150 grams
Whole grain flour 2 cups
Soda 0.5 tsp spoons, a pinch of salt
I roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick and spread the filling, cover it with the second half of the dough. This is how I prepare all the juices Then I spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Delicious, and most importantly, healthy juices are ready!
