The first thing to do is to finely chop the cabbage, you can do this using the technique, which is much faster, or with an ordinary knife. The cabbage needs to be salted and mash very well with your hands, so that the cabbage begins to secrete juice.
Leave the cabbage in the salt for a while, but for now you can start cooking the meat component of the casserole. To do this, you need to stew the minced meat in a DRY frying pan without adding oil, it can be anything, chicken is ideal for a dietary option. I added finely chopped onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.
It took me 15 minutes to cook the meat, during which time I "disturbed" the cabbage several times and squeezed out excess juice.
Next, I mix well-squeezed cabbage (this is important, otherwise the casserole will turn out to be very wet), I mix it with a slightly cooled minced meat and put it in a mold. I'm preparing a sauce in which everything will be baked.
To do this, in a bowl I mix three chicken eggs, sour cream and salt, you can pepper. I mix well and fill with this mixture.
IMPORTANT: you do not need to tamp the casserole, it must remain "airy".
At this point, the oven should already be preheated to 180 degrees. We send a form with a casserole to it for 35-40 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, I sprinkled with a little cheese, but this is not necessary.
