But those who swell at the mere mention of forbidden foods spew a ton of negative emotions. That's why they are "on the dark side".

I chose a tasty and balanced diet, which in 2 years did not lead me to a single breakdown and helped me lose 60 kilograms of excess weight. No diet gave me such a result!

As a result, 1480 kcal per day. Again, the water will accumulate, but it's okay, with a normal drinking regime it will go away in a couple of days. Be sure to drink water at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight and even more.

When I was just starting my journey, a whole army of "kind people" wrote to me that I would never lose weight on such food and predicted that with an increase in calorie intake even by 100 kcal, the weight would immediately trample back.
Well, with the first it is clear, "never losing weight on such food" - no matter how offensive the predicted - it did not come true.
Now about increasing calorie intake. It has been a month since I left my 1300 on average and now my average calorie intake is even more than 1400.
Yes, the weight is worth it, and this is not surprising, the body must get used to the new realities, to understand that after significant restrictions, he does not need to sharply stock up on what suddenly began to come in a little more than usual. But at the same time, the weight did not go up, I did not swell from the additional 150 kcal.
In my opinion, I am on the right track. As with losing weight, and when returning to your norm from a deficit, there should be no rush and sharp jumps in calorie intake.
Our body is a complex mechanism and we must give it time to adapt to new conditions.
