What we eat is the basis of our body, the basis of health. And our health is the same, and as you get older, you understand that you need to do everything possible to maintain your health.

Overeating makes us overweight.

Excess weight does not add to our health, it takes it away.

It's a pity that I realized so late what the nutrition should always be monitored, and not go on diets, losing weight and getting better again, returning to the previous diet.

All diets brought fleeting results and as soon as I returned to my usual diet, excess weight returned.

But I found a way that helped me lose weight once and for all. Why am I sure I will save the result? Because thanks to nutritional control with the help of calorie counting and BJU, I managed to throw off the burden of excess weight and get rid of many health problems, change attitudes towards food, change eating habits and balance food.

I will no longer make the main mistake of losing weight - I will not return to the diet that I had before.

Today I got up early - I had to get to work early in the morning. And in order to wake up and start stirring the gray matter, I decided to drink coffee with milk (50 g) and syrup (15 g). For me, the classic morning with coffee is sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with cheese (55 g). And she finished the chicken egg, which was superfluous to yesterday's salad and lay in the refrigerator, waiting for her fate.

My breakfast was 490 kcal.

It rains here, but it doesn't smell like spring. The weather is not at all happy. I went out on business and went to the store on the way back. It seems like I went for bread, yogurt and cottage cheese, and came home with a full package, bought lettuce, and pears, and milk, and tomatoes.

And just for a snack I ate a pear (260 g) - 110 kcal. The pears were just huge, I chose the smallest ones.

By the way, about lettuce. Lately I often buy it, it goes very well with me.

I saw on the Internet how a cut leaf lettuce, which is sold in pots, is placed in water and after a while new leaves grow.

I decided to conduct an experiment. About a week and a half ago, I put a pot of lettuce in a glass of water. As I understood, it is not necessary to cut at the very root, but I understood this empirically.

As a result, those tiny leaves that I did not cut off - just started to grow. But it all happened so slowly - no more than 5 cm in a week and a half. In addition, I got some gnats in this salad and without hesitation, I just threw it away.

The conclusion for myself I made the following - all this fuss with cutting the lettuce and sprouting new leaves is a useless waste of time and space on the windowsill, and even with the danger of infecting flowers with midges.

And I also had an incident. Yesterday I cooked turkey necks, hoping that it would turn out aspic. The freezer had to be emptied, and the necks just took up a lot of space. Honestly, I didn't try very hard. Before lunch, I put the cook on, while I had lunch I skimmed the foam several times, threw in the vegetables and spices, turned down the heat and went to work. Until the evening I had it cooked and boiled very well. After dinner, I took it apart, poured it with broth, added garlic and put it in the cold. In the morning I look - it seems to have froze. But when I began to cut and put on plates to have lunch, I realized that my "jellied meat" was too thin. In the meantime, he lay next to the hot potatoes and began to melt altogether.

I have a question for those who often cook jellied meat on their necks - I just didn't succeed or the jellied meat on some necks is always so thin?

I had to dine with what I have. I haven't eaten mashed potatoes for a long time, for a very long time. I decided to cook it by adding a little milk and butter.

My lunch: 175 g of mashed potatoes, 190 g of almost jellied meat on turkey necks and a little radish. Lunch - 405 kcal.

And for dinner, I stewed a frozen vegetable mixture 200 g and warmed up a chicken breast stewed in sour cream (150 g) - 380 kcal.

And in the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, I caught up with KBZHU 25 g of cashew nuts - 160 kcal.

The result of my day: K - 1545, B - 97, F - 70, U - 128. I have drunk the norm of water and do not forget about the usual physical education.

If you look at my menu, you can say that this is normal food and a lot of food. Most of us love to eat, otherwise we would all be slim and we would not need to lose weight.

If we take a deeper drop, we will see that as much food as in my menu is possible. due to a decrease in the energy value of the dishes that make up my diet.

Unfortunately, not everyone ponders the meaning of what has been written, not many want to drip deeper, and superficial judgments lead to comments: "if I ate so much, I would not have walked through the door already" or "I eat less and getting fat ".

Although in fact, if they ate about the same, they would be slender like a cypress. And the fact that I do not receive answers to the question - how much less all these people eat, gives me the opportunity to think that a person actually does not represent what the energy value of his daily diet is and does not even think about this. And it would be worth considering if there are problems with being overweight.

After all, it is the energy value of our food that makes it possible to assess "a lot or a little" we eat, whether we overeat, which leads to excess weight.
