These stuffed pancakes are not much more difficult to prepare than regular pancakes. They are great for every day as a snack as they are quite filling and nutritious. In my family, they are adored just like that and with tea.

Ingredients:

Dough

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • kefir - 150 ml
  • flour - 150 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp l.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp l.

Filling

  • cheese - 120 g
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill - bunch

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the filling.
Grind a bunch of dill.
120 g three cheese on a fine grater.

2. In a bowl to grated cheese, add 2 cloves of garlic through a press, pour dill, add 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream. We mix everything.

3. You should get a cheese mass that keeps its shape well and does not crumble.
We form small cakes from this mass.

4. Cooking the dough. Pour 200 cottage cheese of any fat content into a bowl. Break 2 eggs to the curd and add 0.5 teaspoon of salt. We grind everything with a submersible blender until smooth, you can also grind the curd in a grinder or rub it through a sieve.

5. Pour 150 ml of warm kefir into the resulting curd mass. We mix.

6. Pour half of all the flour and 0.5 tsp here. soda. We mix everything.

7. Pour in the remaining flour and stir. For the dough, I needed about 150 g of flour. You look at the thickness of the density of the dough, it should slowly drain from the spoon and not spread too much.

8. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan so that it covers the bottom and put about 1 tbsp. l. test. We form pancakes far enough from each other, as they grow well in size.

9. Immediately, on each pancake, pressing a little, put the prepared cheese tortillas. Pour some more dough on top. We put a little dough on top, just to close the filling.

10. Fry the pancakes over a slightly less than medium heat. When the pancakes on one side are ready, turn them over to the other side. In this method, we fry all the pancakes.
Remove the finished pancakes on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed. From this amount of ingredients, I got 17 stuffed pancakes.

Serve the prepared pancakes hot.
The pancakes with cheese filling turned out to be very tasty, aromatic and satisfying. Delicate dough and a lot of cheese filling, it is so tasty that it is impossible to come off.
