Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a universal lean dough that can be prepared in a matter of minutes. Conveniently, the dough does not need to wait until it comes up, it is already ready as soon as it is kneaded and you can immediately start baking.

I want to note that such a lean dough is not inferior to the usual dough with the addition of eggs, milk or kefir.

You can make pies from this dough with cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes, peas, pickled cucumbers.

Or cook it with a sweet filling: jam, dried fruits, nuts.

Recipe:

for the test:

warm water -200ml (1 st)

flour -450g (3st)

vegetable oil -100ml

sugar -1 tbsp

salt -1 / 3 tsp.

yeast -5 gr (or raw 10g)

COOKING METHOD:

we mix water with yeast, we must take warm water (yeast can be taken any dry or raw - I like it more with raw yeast)

add salt, sugar, salt.

now add half the flour

mix and now pour in vegetable oil

and add the remaining flour

knead the dough.

The dough turns out to be soft, elastic, pleasant to work with, does not stick to your hands.

You may need a little more flour, I don't need it.

If you wish, you can let the dough sit for 15 minutes.

If there is no time, you can start cooking immediately.

I also suggest looking at the lean dough in mineral water: it is suitable for baking in the oven and frying pies in a pan.
