Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for a fish pie. The dough in the pie is very tender and aromatic. Perfectly matching fish fillet and egg filling. Very tasty, I recommend to try it.

Recipe:

Dough:

Cottage cheese - 100 gr

Butter - 70 gr.

Egg - 1 piece

Flour - 200 gr

Baking dough - 1 tsp

Sugar - 0.5 tsp

Filling:

Sour cream - 1 tablespoon

Fish - 200 gr

Salt - 0.5 tsp

Egg - 1 piece

Hard cheese - 40 gr

Onions - 1 piece

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Sesame - 1 tsp

Yolk - 1 pc

COOKING METHOD:

Let's knead the dough:

Combine cottage cheese with soft butter, break an egg, put salt, sugar, baking powder, flour.

Knead the dough, you may need more flour.

We wrap it up and put it in the refrigerator while we are busy with the filling.

Let's prepare the filling so that you don't have to mess around with the filling for a long time, you can take canned fish.

I make from fresh fish like this:

I boil the fish until cooked in salted water and separate from the bones

fry onions with carrots in a pan

Remove from heat, add fish, sour cream, spices.

Grate cheese and boiled egg on a coarse grater.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, one larger and the other smaller. We take the smaller part and roll out the circle, put it in the mold

put the filling, sprinkle with grated egg and cheese

Take 2 part of the dough and roll out a larger circle and cover the filling with the second half of the dough, bend the edges under the circle.

Lubricate with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
