Today I want to share a recipe for mackerel on an onion pillow. This is a recipe from the series, the simpler, the tastier. Such mackerel can be served with any side dish, and it literally takes 15 minutes, 5 for preparation, 10 for cooking.

Recipe:
mackerel -2-3 pcs
onions -2-3 pcs (500g)
salt - 1/2 tsp.
black pepper - to taste
spices to taste
bay leaf -1-3pcs
water -300 ml
COOKING METHOD:
I usually defrost fresh frozen mackerel not to the end, so that it is easier to cut it.
Cut into portions.
2 large onions, I have a weight of about 500 grams, cut into a quarter into rings.
Put the onion in the pan on the bottom, add a little salt and black pepper, now put the mackerel, add some salt and spice, I have black and white pepper.
Fill with hot water, about 300 ml, put bay leaf.
Close the lid and cook from the moment of boiling for exactly 10 minutes, turn off the mackerel ready, can be served with any side dish.
