Making such a breakfast is very simple. You will need the most common products and only 15 minutes of time. Scrambled eggs in a baguette turn out to be very appetizing, hearty and tasty, everyone can cook! All the household will be delighted. Try it!
Ingredients:
- baguette - 1/2 pc.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- pork belly - 100 g
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- green onion
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the ingredients.
Cut 100 g of pork belly into small pieces.
2. We put them in a preheated pan. Fry until golden brown on one side, and then turn over to the other side.
Remove the fried brisket pieces from the pan.
3. Cut the baguette into pieces about 5-7 cm wide. Cut out a part of the crumb in the center of each piece.
4. Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and expose the pieces of baguette. Carefully break one egg into each center of the baguette.
5. Salt a little on top of the egg. And pepper with black pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 3-4 minutes.
6. After 4 minutes, turn each piece of baguette along with the egg to the other side. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. We rearrange the finished eggs on a plate. Put pieces of bacon on top and sprinkle with green onions or herbs. The dish is ready.
