Soup is like pizza. It happens

Children's tastes amuse me. And teenagers too. Of all the irons, they are told about proper nutrition, and they wry their noses. Although it seems like a new generation, from a young age, should soak up installations like "fitness good, healthy lifestyle - cool" and so on, almost with mother's milk.

Swearing at them is useless, by the way. Remember yourself - more than sure, not all, but very many? hearing something like “you have to eat soup, it’s good for your stomach,” they would squint and sit over a plate with the look of condemned men.

Someone fished cubes of carrots and beets from the soup, someone - lacquer squares, someone in general… For me, the biggest nightmares were cracklings, if anything. True, we did not cook soups with cracklings (thank God).

So, I propose a recipe for pizza soup. I came across it quite a long time ago on one of the bourgeois resources and, I must admit, at first alerted me, and then it turned out - delicious, an infection!

We take:

  • Five hundred grams of minced meat;
  • A couple of large onions;
  • Mushrooms - 400 grams (fresh is better, but ice cream is possible);
  • A can of corn;
  • A couple of bell peppers;
  • 200 grams of cream cheese;
  • A glass of cream;
  • A little tomato sauce for pizza (take the one that you are used to, it can greatly change the taste of the finished dish);
  • About a liter of vegetable broth (more is possible, it all depends on how thick the soup you want);
  • A little olive oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste. It would be nice to have oregano among them.

How we cook:

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry with the minced meat /

We cut the bell pepper into larger cubes, if the mushrooms are large, then we cut them into 2-4 parts (depending on the size).

We send it to the minced meat, fry for another five minutes.

Then add corn there and fill it all with vegetable broth.

Let the soup boil, pour in the cream, tomato sauce to taste, then cream cheese. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Finally, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

If there is parmesan - before eating, sprinkle the soup with it.

If you add a baguette to such a soup (although, in my opinion, it is rather a creamy chowder), then the taste is actually somewhat reminiscent of pizza.
