Recipe:

Flour - 650gr.

Butter - 360 gr (or margarine)

Cold water - 220 ml.

Salt - 1 tsp

Vinegar 9% - 1 tsp

COOKING METHOD

measure the flour, take the butter (from the freezer)

and rub on a coarse grater, we try to do it quickly (rub a little, mixed with flour, and so all the butter)

measure the cold water (the water must first be cooled in the refrigerator), add salt and vinegar.

now add cold water to the flour and butter

the dough does not need to be kneaded, our task is to quickly collect the dough into one lump and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Now that the dough has cooled, it is ready to use,

I roll it into 3 parts for beauty, so the dough looks even more like real puff pastry (this is not necessary)
