I made the choice. And the fact that the deficit of calories you can eat delicious, hearty and still lose weight at the same time - it's a fairy tale!
Today is my breakfast consisted of a sandwich on a regular Darnitsky bread (35 g) with butter (5 g) and carp caviar (15 g) and 2 boiled chicken eggs. Certainly not without cost breakfast of green tea, and do not forget about the omega-3.
Breakfast came on 315 kcal.
So to learn that yesterday I was a little shattered and I completely forgot about the fact that I ended my homemade whole wheat bread. I was so used to the fact that he is always in the refrigerator, which was very upset today, not finding it tam😂. But I found a half bottle of sour milk, bread and so be it!
Even in the fridge found fish salad with canned tuna, cucumbers, canned corn, which I decided to eat at the snack as breakfast was easy enough calories.
Snack - 150 g of salad with 20 g of 10% cream - 170 kcal.
Yesterday I even managed to cook fish soup on their heads and a ponytail river trout, which I have been waiting for their fate in the freezer.
Soup turned out easy with a little potato and bulgur.
Plate of fish soup for dinner (400 g), 30 g of bread Darnitsky - 260 kcal.
The bread I have not baked, but straight after lunch quickly kneaded and put into the oven. Kneading dough already takes 5 minutes for bread from me! Today, the record before it was 7 minut👆.
And still I boast of you! Yesterday in the morning I cut quince, falling asleep with sugar and leave to stand out juice. I am going to make jam on trial quince with walnuts.
And yet, late in the evening, when I was a little relieved (and this is not a small role played by the evening sandwich with salted carp cut 😂 or it seemed to me), I still cook the jam. 2 turned jars of 700 g quince.
And now with the tea I tried varenitsa 30 g of green tea, write it in KBZHU. 30 g of jam -75 kcal. And me it is enough to feel the taste and say - I drank tea with a delicious jam!
Remember how in the movie "The Girls" the main character in the loaf plastered Varenka?
That's what I used to could. Just kidding, so I could not, but 30 g not limited.But at a time to eat chocolate with tea while working - could 100%, and now missing 20 grams per day, or even every den😂!
Yet eating habits are changing, but we must take ourselves in hand and remember that there is no way back.
And for dinner I have 130 grams of boiled buckwheat, and suddenly found himself in a freezer chicken sausage. I do not even remember how to and what to prepare, but well kept KBZHU in SIT 30! I sausage fry in a nonstick frying pan without oil, adding water. And maybe it's not sausage? E is called I do not know. Lala chicken breast? It does not matter, the main thing that was delicious, right?
Dinner came to 350 kcal.
In addition, during the day ate 25 g of dried green tea mango, tea and milk is added a melted (100 g in total). it is still 120 kcal.
In the end, the day was on 1290 kcal.
Today, more rested and came to himself. All the same, it is the weather and fatigue low. The more rest the better I feel.
