This yellow-green floral cocktail sets the day! If you get up early in the morning and drink such a cocktail (when the gallbladder "wakes up" it must be in an upright position, it happens at 5 am) and then there will never be stagnation of bile.

And bile is our own antibiotic, gentlemen (very few people know this). And if everything works like a clock, then this magical substance (bile) will not let any pathogenic bacteria into our "temple", it will burn out everyone parasites that have entered our body in one way or another, etc. (normally, bile should be separated by 1.5 liters per day, and in most cases it leaves 2 times less).

Ingredients:

1. Dandelion flowers - handful

2. Calendula flowers - a handful

3. Honey - 1 tablespoon

4. Water - 1-2 glasses

(it is better to use fresh flowers, but it is possible from the freezer or dried)

Preparation

We take dandelion flowers (ideally, spring morning flowers that open, but can be prepared in advance), as well as dry flowers of summer or autumn calendula (some enhance others).

Without tearing off the green sepal, put the flowers in a blender container (you can even + put a couple of dandelion green leaves) immerse a spoonful of honey in the same place, pour warm water.

Beat for about a minute, filter through a strainer and the flower cocktail is ready. This cocktail is drunk if necessary and with the permission of the attending physician (individual dosage).
