Spring is in full swing and Easter is approaching. Many housewives are already in search of interesting recipes for Easter baking, and today I propose to you to cook Easter candies in the form of eggs. This is both unusual and impressive on the table and, of course, very tasty.
To prepare such sweets, you can take any dried fruits and nuts as a base. I had only raisins today.
I washed it thoroughly in several waters and dried it, it should not be wet. Using a blender, I chopped the raisins into a more or less homogeneous mass and put them in a bowl, in which it will be convenient to work with them further.
At this stage, I add some coconut flakes, it will slightly "dilute" the sweet taste of the raisins, you can replace it with any nuts or seeds, or mix several types of dried fruits.
You need to mix everything thoroughly, you get a very sticky mass and this may not be easy. Then, with wet hands, I pinch off a little mass and form a ball, which I give the shape of a testicle. I do this with all the masses.
Now there is nothing left to do, melt your favorite dark or milk chocolate in the microwave and cover all the sweets with it. While the chocolate is hot, I sprinkle them a little with coconut, so the testicles look more interesting.
Further, in order for the chocolate to "grab" as quickly as possible, I send the candies to the freezer.
