I am telling you how I make pancakes with yogurt. The result is delicate and fragrant.

On my channel, I practically lost weight online, I share my experience of losing weight, menus for the day and recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.

After many years of dieting and suffering from unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, I came to a comfortable and tasty weight loss without hunger and rigid restrictions.

By controlling my diet with calorie counting, I have been able to lose weight and maintain my performance.

You asked for a recipe for yoghurt pancakes - please!

Let's make pancakes!

Stir 200 g of yogurt and 140 g of milk in a bowl, add 2 eggs, sweetener, a pinch of salt and vanillin. Mix everything well.

Then add whole grain rice flour (140 g), 20 starch and 1 teaspoon baking powder to the yoghurt mixture. And mix again so that there are no lumps.

Then we need boiling water.

In one of the recipes, where the ingredients were boiling water, I was asked what it should be - cold or hot.
Boiling water means boiling water, freshly boiled water.
But boiled water can be cooled (cold), or warm, or hot.
Something like that, in my opinion.

Pour 100 ml of boiling water into the dough and mix quickly.

We bake pancakes in a well-heated frying pan. Preheating the pan to the maximum is very important!

Several times during the entire baking time, I greased the pan with 1 g of oil (a couple of zips from an oil spray).

The pancakes are tender, delicate, fragrant and very tasty. And the next day they do not dry out and remain elastic, thanks to the starch.

I wrapped cottage cheese stuffing with yogurt and sweetener in pancakes - it turned out to be a great breakfast.

The ingredients I used to make the pancakes:

  • natural yogurt from jars - 200 g,
  • 140 g milk 2.5%
  • 2 chicken eggs (60 g each),
  • whole grain rice flour - 140 g,
  • corn starch - 20 g,
  • olive oil for frying no more than 5 g,
  • 6 sachets of sweetener (or 30 g of sugar),
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt and 1 g (sachet) vanillin,
  • 100 ml boiling water.

From the specified number of ingredients, I got 12 pancakes.

KBZHU for 100 g of ready-made pancakes: K - 208, B - 7.2, F - 6, U - 30.7
