Tired of dieting, hunger, breakdowns and walking in circles? Do you want to comfortably slim down, eating delicious food and not starving? So you didn't come to visit me in vain.
Like many of you, throughout my life, I have struggled with deprivation of weight and in the end the excess weight almost won. But there are factors that make us try again. My health became such a factor, which did not improve at all with the addition of excess weight.
And I decided to reconsider all my attempts to lose weight, studied the sea of ββinformation and came to counting calories.
And I managed to defeat myself, first of all, by reconsidering my attitude to nutrition, starting to control it always (and not just on a diet), overcome weight loss stereotypes, change eating habits that prevented me from losing weight and understand that returning to my previous lifestyle will be shouldn't.
I won over excess weight and now I am successfully maintaining my weight.
If we want to achieve something in life, we must overcome ourselves, our fears, our habits. And then we will succeed.
And I want to tell you about my weekend, show you new photos (finally warm, sunny and we started to go for a walk) and give as an example of a diet on the calculation of KBZHU our menu for the day.

Often, on weekends, I did a load to slowly swing the body, approaching my calorie norm after a long calorie deficit. But since I'm almost close to normal - this weekend I'm sticking to my calories and no workloads and overeating.
On Saturday my husband invite me to the theater, the operetta theater, to the musical Anna Karenina. True, due to traffic jams, we were almost late, we practically ran, and there was no time to take pictures at all. I can only show a couple of photos in which there are no strangers in close-up. In such places it is unrealistic to take a picture normallyπ
Saturday was a hectic day, but I kept my calorie intake.
And as an example of a diet for calculating KBZHU, I will give the Sunday menu.
Breakfast consisted of two eggs fried with spices of Adyghe cheese (75 g) and a sandwich on whole grain bread (30 g) with curd cheese (15 g) and carp caviar (30 g).
Breakfast came out on 530 kcal
And after breakfast we went to overcome ourselves. Rather, I was going to overcome myself and my fears.
For the first time in my life, I was going to ride a scooter. Honestly, I was scared. When I got on the bike three years ago, I was not so scared, because I spent all my childhood on it. But the scooter for me was something unknown, incomprehensible and, moreover, dangerous (because electric and develops a rather high speed, but I did not understand if I could even keep on it equilibrium).
At my age, fear for my life and health, as well as an understanding of the consequences of certain actions, is already holding back from certain actions. It is in childhood that we are all fearless.
But the desire to overcome my fears, the desire to experience parks and interesting places, stopping into their corners, which we never reached on foot, urged me to take a step.
And I overstepped my fear. She got up, pushed off and immediately drove off. How glad I was - beyond words!
Step over yourself, your fears, get out of comfortable conditions - all this gives you a chance to change your life for the better.
So with losing weight - without trying, without taking a chance, without overcoming yourself, your habits, your laziness - you will never get a result.
And I told this story about a scooter precisely in order to draw parallels and once again show that everything is possible, there would be a desire and determination to just take and start, overcoming oneself.
If I hadn't got on the scooter, hadn't pushed off, I wouldn't have known that everything is easy and simple!
To be glad that everything worked out for me, we stopped on the way back to the market for vegetables and fruits and as a "medal for heroism" I have 250 g of strawberries for a snack - 100 kcal.
We also bought smoked mackerel, to which I boiled potatoes, and prepared a vegetable salad. Simple, but delicious!
My lunch: 150 g of mashed potatoes (literally 15 g of butter and 50 g of milk added to the total amount of mashed potatoes for the family), 100 g of mackerel and 150 g of vegetable salad seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil. Went out lunch on 385 kcal.
After lunch with tea, I ate 1 marshmallow (30 g) - 110 kcal.
After lunch, we decided to consolidate the result and went to master the scooters in the park closest to us. And the weather was just wonderful - there was just a sea of ββpeople in the park, who finally waited for a sunny and warm spring. Some on bicycles, some on scooters, some on rollerblades and skateboards. We all missed active rest.
And I dined with boiled buckwheat (100 g) with baked chicken drumstick (100 g meat weight) and vegetable salads (150 d), seasoned with fragrant sunflower oil (literally 1 g, puffed several times from an oil spray). Dinner for 315 kcal.
I spent the remaining free calories on cheese for tea - 190 kcal. I drank tea with cheese 3 hours before bedtime.
And the calorie content of my day was 1630 kcal. B - 103, F - 82, U - 112.
I drink my norm of clean drinking water without fail.
