Today I want to share the recipe for the egg pie "Merry Family". The dough in this cake is unusual, it is airy and does not stale for a long time, all due to the fact that it is cooked only on eggs, without adding kefir liquid, milk or water.

Recipe:
for the test:
eggs -5 pcs.
dry yeast "Haas" - 7g
sugar -1-3 tbsp.
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
vanillin - 1 pack
flour -300-350g
vegetable oil -3 tbsp.
For filling:
jam - to taste
boiled condensed milk - to taste
COOKING METHOD
We break 5 eggs into a bowl, I have eggs of 1 grade, add 1 tbsp. sugar, salt 1/2 tsp., vanillin, 1 pack dry yeast, I mix 7 grams in a pack and leave for 2-3 minutes so that the yeast starts diverges. Now add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and add the sifted flour.
We knead the dough, I need 320 grams, now we grease our hands with oil and continue to knead until smooth. 5-7 minutes. The dough is soft and does not stick to your hands.
We put it in a warm place to climb for 1.5 hours. During this time, the dough grows well in volume.
We grease our hands with butter, put the dough on the table, knead and divide into parts 9-10 parts.
Making buns. We take one bun, make a cake with our hands and put the sweet filling, today I have boiled condensed milk and apricot jam. You can use only one filling or vice versa 2-3 fillings.
We take a form from me with a diameter of 24 cm, grease with oil. We put the balls.
Let it stand for about 15 minutes for the cake to rise, now grease with an egg.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or navigate in your oven.
Let the cake cool and serve.
