Today I want to share the Kurdranikov recipe. They are prepared quickly, but it always turns out tasty, juicy, delicate tasty, you can serve it with any side dish.

Recipe:
chicken breast -400g
carrots -1pc
potatoes -2-3 pcs
onion -1pc
egg -1pc.
milk -100 ml
COOKING METHOD
We punch with a blender, until smooth, if you wish, you can take ready-made minced meat.
Peel the vegetables. Grate carrots on a fine grater, potatoes and onion on a coarse grater. Add carrots to the minced meat, potatoes, salt, half a teaspoon, black pepper to taste.
Mix everything well and pour in 100 ml of milk for juiciness, mix again.
We take a frying pan, pour oil, heat it up, put minced meat with a spoon, shape and fry on both sides until golden brown on both sides under a lid.
Now that everything is fried, you need to bring it to readiness, I grease the baking sheet with oil, put the holidaymakers on the baking sheet, cover it with foil and bring it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cooked. You can put everything in a frying pan and steam it on gas or put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
We serve with any side dish, I have pasta today or as an independent dish.
