Ingredients:
- ham - 250 g
- champignons - 250 g
- boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
- boiled carrots - 2 pcs.
- pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise - 200 g
- fresh parsley - bunch
- black olives (olives) - 2-3 pcs.
- salt to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the mushrooms for the salad. We cut them into plates and fry over high heat, stirring constantly.
2. While the mushrooms are fried, finely chop the onion.
When the mushrooms are almost ready, add onions to them and fry until tender.
3. At the end, salt everything, mix and leave to cool.
4. While the mushrooms are cooling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Three potatoes on a coarse grater.
Three carrots on a fine grater.
5. Rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
6. Cut the olives in half lengthwise and cut into thin half rings.
7. We begin to collect the salad. The first layer is potato. Put it on a plate and shape into a carrot.
Salt the potatoes a little and grease with mayonnaise.
8. Put the fried mushrooms on the next layer. Lubricate them a little with mayonnaise on top.
Put chopped ham on the mushroom layer and grease it with mayonnaise too.
9. Then carefully lay out the grated cucumbers.
Grease the entire salad on the sides and on top with mayonnaise.
10. Cover the whole salad with grated carrots and level with a fork.
Insert a small bunch of parsley into the salad, imitating the tops of carrots.
11. Finish decorating the salad with strips of thinly chopped olives.
From this amount of ingredients, I got two plates of this salad.
