Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

You manage to get enough sleep during the weekend? For some reason it is no longer possible.
Out of habit, we get up early and seemingly slept. But for dinner realize that no, I want to sleep. Or is it because the weather acts?
Today breakfast - sandwiches on home wholemeal bread (45 g), avocado (50 g) and 70 g of salted salmon.
Green tea, vitamins and omega-3 accompany each of my breakfast.
I have breakfast at 340 kcal.
How are your days off? Officially 3 day weekend! Wonderful!
But I spent a half day at work today.
The operation of the same and undershot pumpkin cake (135 g) of green tea. The result undershot on 225 kcal.
At a dinner for all the family I have baked chicken in the oven with quince and cooked vegetable salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs.
Family eating a salad with mayonnaise, and I do not stick to them with his PP and do not impose their power. Eat what they like. Much like them, and from what I eat, but not all.
My lunch was chicken breast from chicken, baked in the oven (200 g ready for use), a half quince (this raw 130 g) and lettuce (150 g of tomatoes + cucumber). Salad tucked 30 g of 10% cream.
I get dinner on 370 kcal.
After a couple of hours after dinner, I drank green tea prikusku with dried mango and cranberry. And relax, watch a movie. Dried out on 160 kcal.
And for dinner it has remained not so many free calorie and I decided to eat a light lettuce with egg and cucumber, seasoned with 20 g of 10% sour cream.
Dinner turned on 280 kcal.
As a result, the daily caloric was 1375 kcal. I moved a little, but this weekend the day loading as such I did not.
I do not forget to drink water that has helped me in my time to cope with the swelling and still helps.
Wow drink on an empty stomach and mauled 15-20 before each meal. Also optional during the day. I drink a lot of green tea. Practically after each meal.
