For 2 months I actively used the things that I ordered in China. I tell you what I liked and what I had to get rid of.

I ordered small things for the kitchen from China. I show what happened to things after 2 months of active use

A couple of months ago I received a package from China. I ordered myself all the small things for the kitchen: silicone spatulas, a scraper and a baking rack. I bought this to actively use it during the filming of recipes for this channel.

I cook and shoot a lot, so 2 months can be compared to a year with normal use. I was satisfied with most of the purchases, but there are things that I did not like.

First, I'll tell you about the things that I didn't like. And then I will move incrementally, the closer to the end - the more I liked this thing.

Dough scraper

This scraper did not justify itself at all, and I abandoned it - I gave it to my son to play. What's wrong with this scraper? It is made of very hard plastic and does not bend at all. This turned out to be very inconvenient, as it is impossible to clean the dough from the rounded containers.

My old scraper, although it cost 3 times cheaper, performs its function many times better.

Shovel with wooden handle

The scapula turned out to be very photogenic. She looks good in the frame while shooting recipes, but not without its drawbacks.

The spatula has a nice handle, which is made of wood, but at the junction of the silicone nozzle and the handle there is a gap where the dough is hammered. It is quite difficult to wash it out of there later. I use a spatula during filming often and, in order not to suffer with the sink, immediately after use I soak it in water, and then everything is well washed.

Heat-resistant blade

Very steep shoulder blade. It is large and made of soft-touch silicone. The paddle is made entirely of silicone, making it very easy to clean.

Also this blade is able to withstand temperatures up to 230 ° C. I began to actively use it when frying pancakes. The paddle has a large area, and it is a pleasure to turn pancakes with it.

Now I ordered myself a second scoop of the same, since I plan to use the first one for cooking ordinary food.

Fold scapula

This is my favorite paddle now. When I bought it, I had no idea that I would like it so much.

Due to this fold, it is very convenient to clean out the remnants of dough, sauce, jam from angular containers. The paddle is made of soft silicone, and inside is a hard base, due to which the paddle does not bend.

I ordered a couple more of these so that I didn't have to wash it all the time during filming.

Baking rack

The grille turned out to be incredibly comfortable. I used to cool all the baked goods on the wire rack from the oven. The grill is large and not very comfortable; after cooling down, dents remained on the biscuits, since the grill is sparse and the contact area is small.

The new grill is a bomb. It is small in size and has a thick grill. Due to this, the biscuits do not deform during cooling. Of course, the surface becomes a little lattice, but this is a small thing.

I did not expect that you can order really smart things from China. Yes, something turned out to be not quite what I imagined, but I am satisfied with most of the purchases.

Have you bought something in China, if so, what?
