You know why I like to count calories?
First - this is the only way in which I have in my entire life, spent in the fight against excess weight is really thin.
Second - I can afford such sweets, which are on a diet could only dream of.
Recently my sad autumn mood made me cook fragrant, spicy and even chocolate cakes.
And even if you can eat only one carrot at the same snack, because calorie carrots is not so small. But this pleasure is worth it!
While baked gingerbread, the fragrance of the apartment was magnificent, wonder how the neighbors came running.
Let us pamper and prepare not only themselves but also the whole family!
✅We need:
- wholegrain wheat flour - 130 g,
- 1 egg,
- 30 g of butter,
- dark chocolate - 40 g,
- Honey - 80 g
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of nutmeg,
- dried cranberries if desired (I 20 g).
✅preparation.
Take the container, which can be heated on the stove. I took an ordinary saucepan.
In a saucepan send butter, honey, chocolate, egg and warmed slightly so that you can easily mix the melted products. Do not overheat and especially not boiling. As soon begin to melt the butter and chocolate - just remove and stir.
The resulting mixture is added to soda and spices - cinnamon and nutmeg - mixed.
Next add the flour and, if desired, dried cranberries or other favorite dried. Knead the dough.
From the hands of the test, soaked with water, form cakes. I got 7 pieces.
Bake in oven at 180 g for about 20 minutes.
Our fragrant chocolate cakes are ready!
