At first I thought that it should be sandy - dryish, but in fact it turned out that it turns out to be very juicy, and very tasty.

We take:

  • Butter - 250 grams;
  • Fine sugar - 250 grams;
  • Premium or extra flour - 350 grams;
  • Vanilla or vanillin - to taste (we like more);
  • Baking powder - as recommended on the package;
  • Eggs - 5 pieces;
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Optional - nutmeg, to taste;
  • Apples are about a kilogram.

How we cook:

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Beat butter with sugar until a fluffy mass is obtained., Add eggs, vanilla, nutmeg there and continue to beat, and then sift flour and baking powder there, mix everything.

Add the apple slices to the dough and mix gently with a spatula, and then put them in a mold.

We bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (maybe a little more).
