This recipe I suggested to a friend that "the dog ate" on all kinds of home-made. Before, I never thought that cucumbers and carrots are so tasty in a saline. But when I tried, I was pleasantly surprised.
Preparation:
We need 1.2 kilos of cucumbers. Their good wash and soaked in cold water is not boiled for 6-8 hours. During this time, the water should be changed a couple of times. Then poured the liquid, wash again and remove the tails. You will also need 4 carrots and as many onions.
Vegetables do not take too big. Cut into rings. Banks pre-sterilize and laid them cucumbers. Add the vegetables and herbs. On one bank will have one carrot, one onion and 2 umbrella dill.
We now turn to the brine. Nalem 2 liters of water in a pot, add 3 tablespoons coarse salt and 7 tablespoons sugar. Stir until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Dolem 180 milliliters of a 9 percent vinegar.
Mix and fill into jars liquid to the top. Rolls and set upside down. Wraps until cool. Then storing it in a cool place. Bon Appetit!
