Back in the summer, my mom raised and froze a lot of cauliflower. Throughout the winter, I occasionally added it to a vegetable stew, but in the last week I began to cook for myself such an uncomplicated dinner, literally in a few minutes.
I boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain the water, let it cool a little.
I am engaged in the preparation of the fill. To do this, I break three eggs into a container, add a little chopped parsley to them. I also add a little milk, for three eggs I put about 6 tablespoons.
I rub the cheese with a grater and add it to milk and eggs. I take cheese with the minimum percentage of fat that I can find, today I have cheese with a fat content of 30%. I shift the cabbage into a heat-resistant form and fill it with the resulting mixture.
I send the cabbage to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
It turns out a very tasty, hearty, protein-vegetable dinner that will not harm the figure.
Ingredients:
400 grams of cabbage
3 eggs
50-70 grams of cheese
6 tablespoons milk
greens
salt and pepper to taste
