Spring! Everything is fragrant. So the bird cherry pleases us with its blooming beauty ("Bird cherry blossoms - to a cold snap"? Let's overwinter!) And let's brew a hot fragrant bird cherry seagull. let's warm up and set the mood "for the summer"!

Ingredients:

1. Bird cherry leaves - a handful

2. Water - 1 glass

3. cherry flowers - from one brush (without them)

(for one tea party)

Preparation

We prepared the leaves of the bird cherry (the right amount). Humped them by hand or chopped them with a vegetable cutter (or passed them through a meat grinder). They put it in a small bag under the press (at night).

We took out juicy leaves, laid them on a counter and put them to dry in a ventilated place or in a warm oven (40-50 degrees until cooked).

We put the required amount of dried fermented bird cherry leaf in a thermo mug, poured it with hot water (up to 90 degrees), let it brew a couple of hours and a pleasant tea drinking (you can drink it as an independent tea, or you can add a brew of your favorite tea and, plus, throw a bird cherry colors).

The result is a tea with a specific smell of bird cherry (it smells like bird cherry berries). Great mood, friends!
