"Spring day. Lilac! Lilac. Fun holidays"...
The aromas of the flowering plants are, of course, mind-blowing! (there are so many things around us: the apple tree is a beauty, and the bird cherry is fragrant, and the lilac is the joy of all the villages, and the dandelions are suns)...
It's time to harvest lilacs for healing potions: making up herbal preparations, teas, infusions (many make an infusion of lilacs for joints, with varicose veins, etc.).
We dry lilac flowers and add a little to tea for our own purposes (they say that it is good for the stomach).
Ingredients:
1. Lilac flowers - 5-7 flowers
2. Favorite tea - 1 teaspoon
3. Water - 1 glass
(select your own quantity for the workpiece)
Preparation
Collected flowers, dried in the shade (dry easily in a day). They poured the infusion of their favorite tea into the thermo mug, added dry lilac flowers.
We brewed it with half a drink (up to 90 degrees), let it stand for an hour and got a fragrant lilac tea. Have a nice tea, friends! :)
In the season "rich" in herbs, this is less enjoyable than in the cold "poor" winter (scent of spring).
