Both adults and children love this aromatic and healthy tea. Now, even in the seasonal menu of many cafes and restaurants, sea buckthorn tea has appeared. It is easy to prepare and at home it also turns out to be very tasty.
In the recipe, I use fresh sea buckthorn berries, but you can also take frozen ones. If desired, honey can be added to this drink instead of sugar. Also, ginger, citrus fruits, cinnamon can be added to such tea to taste. It will be doubly aromatic and tastier.
In the autumn season, be sure to prepare such vitamin tea from sea buckthorn!

Ingredients:

  • sea ​​buckthorn - 200 g
  • water 75 ° C - 1 l
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 200 g of washed fresh sea buckthorn berries into a blender glass. The best way to grind sea buckthorn berries is with a hand blender, although you can use a regular stationary blender as well.

2. We rub the resulting gruel from the berries through a sieve into a jug.

3. We take 1 liter of boiled water, cooled to 75 degrees and pour it into a jug through a sieve with the remaining cake.
We add sugar to the tea to taste, I put 3 tbsp for this amount of drink. l. Sahara.
Mix everything and let the tea brew for about 20 minutes.

Pour the finished sea buckthorn tea into glasses.
Sea buckthorn tea turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. This is a great alternative to regular black tea on cool autumn days.
