Popular wisdom says: "If you can't get rid of the weeds - eat them!" (joke, but true).
Dandelion is the most useful "weed" that is valuable from flowers to the very tips of the roots.
Dandelion, as an elixir of life, helps: with insomnia, arterial hypertension, is used for anemia, improves work of the cardiovascular system, the pancreas "loves" it, good for the skin, and especially valuable for the liver (choleretic). And also has a diuretic property, it contains vitamins K1, A, C, trace elements, retinol, apigenin (saponins)... That's so "dandelion"!
"He flew away, but promised to return!" (Dandelion is not Karlson for you!) Until all the dandelions flew to the "warm lands", we make healthy yellow dandelion cocktails.
Ingredients:
1. Dandelion flowers - handful
2. Melon sugar - to taste (you can do it without it or replace it with another sweetener)
3. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
In the morning, in a clean place, we collect healing flowers while they "smile" at us with their sunny smile! (opened at dawn). Wash them well under running water. We place in a blender container.
Beat for about a minute, let stand for five minutes, filter through a strainer (you don't need to filter, then we get fiber) and the "sunny" spring drink is ready to delight us.
