✅👌 Making semolina for breakfast is a good enough option for your morning meal. Prepares quickly, does not cause a feeling of heaviness in the stomach. But still, it tastes good only freshly prepared, while it is still hot. But what to do with the leftovers, after all, it often happens that way?

In fact, a huge number of other, equally delicious dishes can be prepared from the remnants of cooled semolina porridge! Casseroles, puddings, burgers and even bake bread.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for making delicious manna.

Cheaper than cheese cakes, more tender than pancakes: all you need to do is cook semolina

✨ Fragrant, ruddy manniks are very tasty with jam, condensed milk, and sour cream. What you love - so and complement them.

📕To prepare manniks you will need: 🥙

Semolina - 100 g
Milk (any fat content) - 400 ml
Butter - 20-30 g
Chicken egg (selected category) - 1 pc.
Granulated sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Odorless vegetable oil - for frying

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First, you need to cook a thick semolina porridge. But, as I said, if you have half-eaten breakfast semolina, you can also use it - this is a great time-saver. And semolina porridge is prepared as usual - pour milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add salt, sugar, vanillin and little by little, begin to pour semolina in a thin stream. At the same time, we constantly stir so that lumps do not form in the porridge and it does not burn to the bottom of the pan. 3-4 minutes and thick porridge is ready!

Add a piece of butter to the finished semolina porridge, stir and put it aside for now to cool down a little (if the porridge is freshly cooked). Add melted butter to the cooled porridge.

Divide the egg into white and yolk. Add the yolk immediately to the cooled semolina and mix well.

And whisk the protein into a strong foam and only then send it to the semolina "dough".

Gently mix the mixture. And on this the dough for manniks is already ready, nothing else needs to be added!

Pour enough vegetable oil into the pan for frying, heat it up. We moisten our hands in water and form balls from semolina. Immediately put the balls in the heated oil. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Then we turn over and wait until the second barrel turns golden.

After frying, let the excess oil soak on a napkin. And then we serve. My children enjoy eating this kind of breakfast.
