Manchester salad
A wonderful combination of flavors, the salad turns out to be very tasty, light and juicy! I used beef for the salad, but any other meat will do: pork, chicken, turkey, ideally beef tongue. The thinner the straws are, the tastier the salad will be! Try to cook, you will like it! :)
Ingredients:
- 400 gr of meat
- 2 medium bell peppers
- 4 pieces of pickled cucumbers
- 1 small onion
- a handful of olives (13 pieces :)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- salt pepper

Delicious, moderately spicy meat salad with beets! As meat, you can use not only beef, but also pork, chicken or turkey. Salad without mayonnaise, dressed with delicious spicy dressing - this is the highlight of this salad :) A simple and quick recipe. Try to cook :)
Ingredients:
- 2 small beets
- 500 gr of beef
- 4-5 pickled cucumbers
- 3 squirrels
- 30-50 gr walnuts
Refueling:
- 3 yolks
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
"Merchant" salad
Awesomely delicious, juicy and bright salad with eggplant, chicken, Korean carrots and a delicious dressing similar to mayonnaise (but tastier)! A simple recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium eggplant
- 2 chicken thighs (or breast)
- 170 gr Korean carrots
- 3 squirrels
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp vinegar 9%
- 1 tbsp water
- salt, sugar - pinch
Refueling:
- 3 yolks
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mustard
