This dessert made from cottage cheese and strawberries can be prepared every day. And on the festive table, it will be appropriate.

This no-bake strawberry dessert is loved by kids and adults alike. It is very useful and will be indispensable when you want to feed the children with cottage cheese.
By the way, such a dessert can be prepared not only with strawberries, but also with any seasonal berries or fruits. And in winter - with canned peaches or pineapples.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
  • sour cream - 300 ml
  • strawberries - 250 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • water - 100 ml
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • gelatin - 20 g

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 20 g of gelatin into a bowl and pour 100 ml of water. Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell for 10 minutes. I use instant gelatin.

2. Pour 400 g of cottage cheese into a separate bowl, add 300 g of sour cream of any fat content, 100 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Grind everything with an immersion blender until smooth. If there is no blender, then the cottage cheese can be separately grated through a sieve, and then combined with other ingredients. Before cooking, it is advisable to remove sour cream and cottage cheese from the refrigerator at least 15-20 minutes before use, so that they warm up a little.

3. Cut 250 g of fresh strawberries into small cubes.

4. The gelatin is already swollen. We melt it in the microwave. We heat for 10-15 seconds and stir. We heat the gelatin to about 60 degrees. It can also be heated in a metal bowl over low heat, stirring constantly.

5. Add 2 tablespoons to the heated gelatin. cooked curd mass after each, stirring well.

6. Pour the resulting gelatin mixture into the remaining sour cream-curd mass. We mix. This is done so that no lumps of gelatin form.

7. Pour chopped strawberries here. Mix again.

8. Pour the prepared mixture into portioned silicone molds. I got 15 molds of 60 ml each. You can also pour everything into one large mold.

9. Put the molds in the refrigerator to freeze.

10. The dessert has already frozen, we take it out of the refrigerator and wait for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, we take out the dessert from the molds. If it doesn't go well, then you can lower the hot water in the dessert mold for a few seconds.

The dessert turned out to be delicious and delicate with a pleasant strawberry aroma. Getting ready is easy and fast enough. Strawberries can be substituted with other berries or fruits. In winter, you can prepare such a dessert with canned peaches or pineapples.
