✅👌 When there is no time, but you want to bake something to the table, you can take only 2 ingredients and make such a cake!

To be honest, this is the laziest pie recipe in my cookbook.

✨ There is no need to knead the dough or even bother making the filling.

✨ All preparation will take you a maximum of 10 minutes, and the result exceeds all expectations. Everything is very simple, even a young novice hostess can handle it! I highly recommend taking note of this recipe.

📕Ingredients for making the cake: 🥙

Puff yeast dough - 1 pack (500 g)
Hard or semi-hard cheese - 200 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sesame seeds - 0.5-1 tsp l.
Flour - 1 tbsp. l. (to work with the test)
Vegetable oil - for lubricating the mold

As I said, for this cake you do not need to prepare the dough yourself, here you will use ready-made store-bought puff yeast dough, and you won't have to mess with it especially. We take out the layers of dough from the packaging, put it on the working surface of the table, sprinkle it with flour a little and cut it into 16 squares or rectangles - it doesn't matter how it turns out.

No need to roll out the dough!

For the filling, cut a block of cheese into 16 approximately equal pieces. Instead of or with cheese you can put sausages or boiled sausages in the filling. It will also turn out very, very tasty and just as quickly.

Now we take one piece of dough and put cheese on it.

We connect opposite corners of the dough in pairs. We fasten them well together.

Now we pinch the holes left at the joints of the dough so that the melted cheese does not leak out when baking the cake.

Next, grease any suitable baking dish with a diameter of 22-24 cm and put our blanks in it, seam down. Cover with cling film and leave to proof for 10-20 minutes.

Then beat the egg with a fork and grease the surface of the cake with it using a culinary brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. It is not necessary, but it tastes better.

We send the prepared cake to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

We take the cake out of the oven and let it cool slightly, and then remove it from the mold.

You don't even need to cut this pie - tore off a piece for yourself and enjoy delicious pastries. You can serve it for tea, instead of bread, for a snack, or take it with you to work. Delicious and very simple!
