  • Put the rest of the dough in a bowl, cover with a lid and send to a comfortable place for an hour and a half.
  • Add milk and cocoa to the deferred dough.
  • Knead the dough until smooth.
  • Put the chocolate dough in another bowl and set aside for an hour and a half as well.
  • Then both parts of the dough need to be kneaded, greased with vegetable oil and sent to the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Divide the dough into 6 pieces and form balls from them.
  • Sprinkle the balls with flour, cover and refrigerate again.
  • Do the same with the chocolate dough.
  • Get two balls - light and chocolate and roll out.
  • Wrap the light dough in chocolate.
  • You need to hold both light and chocolate dough very well.
  • Leave the baguettes for proofing until doubled in volume at 25-26 ° C degrees.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C degrees.

  • Brush the surface with an egg.
  • Use scissors to make deep diagonal cuts.

Send to oven for 16-17 minutes.
