Delicious and beautiful salad. Mayonnaise can be replaced with natural yogurt or sour cream mixed with mustard.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
100 g cheese
300 gr. boiled chicken (you can use beef or pork, or use fish - salmon, canned food)
2 cucumbers (1 fresh and 1 pickled)
1 clove of garlic
100 g walnut kernels
150 g mayonnaise
salt
pepper
greens for decoration
How to cook:
1. Divide the boiled meat into fibers or cut into strips. Then chop finely into gruel. Season with mayonnaise or a mixture of yogurt and mustard.
2. Peel cucumbers and boiled eggs. Then grate into separate plates. grate.
3. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Or use a fine grater again.
4. Chop the walnuts and fry in a dry frying pan. You can do it without frying if you don't like it.
5. Stir fresh cucumbers with garlic and mayonnaise. Leave the salted ones as they are.
6. In a beautiful transparent salad bowl or portioned serving salad rings, lay the salad in layers:
meat (fish), cucumbers with garlic, pickles, grease eggs with mayonnaise, sprinkle salted with grated cheese and walnuts.
Salt and season with pepper to taste. You can also use olives or olives instead of pickles, if desired. It will turn out to be very festive.
This salad does not need to be insisted, it can be immediately served at the table. A parsley leaf as a decoration will come in handy.
