How to cook Gazapkhuli cucumber salad: cheap, tasty and original

A very interesting recipe for cucumber salad that I found on Instagram. This is a very simple, inexpensive, original, and most importantly delicious salad that will perfectly complement any lunch or dinner. And the combination of ingredients will pleasantly surprise many. I highly recommend everyone to try this salad.

I will cook it using a special grater, thanks to which you can quickly cut the ingredients for the salad into even, uniform strips, so the salad will look elegant and beautiful.

For one serving of salad, I take two small cucumbers, grind them with this grater. If you do not have such a grater, then you can cut it with an ordinary knife.

I do the same with a green apple. I need one small green apple, I have a Granny Smith variety. If desired, it can be peeled off, so it will be easier to grate, and the taste will be softer.

Next, I cut a small bunch of dill finely, squeeze two small cloves of garlic through a press. You can add a little parsley,
the main thing is to cut it as finely as possible. You don't need to add more garlic, this salad is useless. You just need a slight piquancy, nothing more.

I send all the ingredients to the salad bowl, be sure to salt a little and season with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. I don't add pepper to this salad.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers 2 pcs small size
  • Green apple 1 pc
  • Dill
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
