Breaded cutlets fried in butter - very tasty! But you need to understand how much harm there is in this golden crisp crust. In general, everything that is very fried is a danger to our health.

Today I want to show you my recipe for cutlets, which can be safely called dietary, but at the same time they turn out to be very tasty.
For my cutlets, I almost always use two types of meat, today pork + beef. I add onion chopped with a blender and a clove of garlic to the minced meat. I form cutlets of the required size and lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable, namely refined rice oil. This is only necessary so that the meat "grabbed", the main thing is not to overexpose.
Then I remove the cutlets from the pan, use a paper towel to remove the remaining oil on which the cutlets were fried. I no longer add oil, I send onions, cut into half rings and bell pepper to the pan. Carcass covered until vegetables are soft, add a little water if necessary.
When the onions and peppers are tender, I return the patties back to the pan. I put them directly on the vegetables. I pour hot water so that they cover the vegetables, cover the pan with a lid and leave it there for 20 minutes, the heat is slightly less than medium.
In the meantime, the cutlets are cooking, I grate with a grater two medium-sized tomatoes without the skin.
And when the cutlets are almost ready, I send the grated tomatoes into the pan, cover with a lid and leave for another 5 minutes.
Thus, you get delicious, but healthy cutlets with vegetables and a fragrant broth. You should definitely try it.
