Pie with cottage cheese and apples

A very tasty cake for a cold day, with hot tea, gobbled up on both cheeks.

Ingredients

  • For the test:
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 gr butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 400 gr flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • Vanillin
  • For filling:
  • 200 gr of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 medium apples

Steps

Making the dough. Beat eggs with sugar until sugar dissolves.

Add melted butter.

Add baking powder and vanillin to the flour, mix and add the egg mixture.

Knead the dough.

The dough should be firm and not stick to your hands.

We wrap the dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Making the filling.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream and sugar.

You can mix with a mixer (faster this way). Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

Grease the form with butter.

Cut off 1/4 of the dough and put it back in the refrigerator (you can in the freezer).

We distribute the rest of the dough in shape, it can be elastic with your hands, we make sides.

Pour the apples and pour the curd mixture.

Rub the remaining dough on a grater on top (or tear it with your hands into small balls) and distribute it throughout the cake.


We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

We check the readiness of the test with a toothpick.

Cool the finished pie, cut it and warm up with pleasure 😁
