There is no secret to losing weight is not. One rule - expend more energy than you consume.

The energy body takes out of the food that we eat every day. Each of us has a calories (energy), which is necessary for us to provide daily life. Calories depends on height, weight, age, and our activity.

And so if we consume every day more necessary to us - that the surplus will be retained in our stock on the sides.

And if the body is a bit limited in the diet (to create a calorie deficit) and even connect more physical Activity - is our clever body will draw energy from it lacked the reserves that it accumulated previously.

The principle is simple. We create a calorie deficit - and losing weight. We want more and toned body - are engaged in physical activity. Plus an increase in physical activity requires more energy.

Count calories, follow the diet and lose weight!

Breakfast - two amaranth loaf (20 g) with fish pate (60 g) and tomato (40 g) of green tea. Vitamins and omega -3 during meal time - every morning (do not forget to take breaks).

Breakfast is turned on 250 kcal.

Today in the morning decided to digress a bit of work, but it is already starting to forget where I am, I).

I go to the store and the pharmacy. And it turned out I just got in a drugstore, unfortunately, it closes at our LCD and all they have left are sold with 60% discount! Here it came to the pharmacy) truth remains something they have not much, but still bought himself and cream and butter baby massage - very much I like it from the company "Johnson & Johnson". And now I have a supply of liquid vitamin E and A - will be something to look after your skin.

I actually have a lot of shopping today aimed at skin care. The store has found coffee coarse for a ridiculous price (without such an action would not buy srodu though ended) - now I will again make coffee scrubs my favorite.

I love the mix of coffee coarse with shower gel, to add a few drops of essential oil and rub the skin well, skrabiruya. After treatment, the skin like a baby 👍.

Even something family and relatives bought - not often you get such discounts in pharmacies.

Returning home drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate 75%, and measured out for the whole day of 20 g of peanuts - 220 kcal.

A lunch - yesterday canned salmon soup (450 g) and 100 g of cucumber and 40 g carrot in Korean.

I get dinner on 180 kcal.

With tea ate 40 g figs - 110 kcal.

After dinner, I still had to work at the computer, but somehow easier to deal gone. Still, rest is important.

At dinner, quickly cooked chicken breasts with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms (300 g) - tasty and low-calorie. I could not resist and took 30g of wholemeal bread. dinner 300 kcal.

It remained very much free of calories and 3 hours prior to sleep ate jar natural yoghurt - 150 g - 100 kcal.

The day turned out 1160 kcal.

I know a little, but did not think that such a low-calorie dinner happens when cooking it.

Water, drink, do not forget.

Today was a good walk (as long as the rain was not). As always strip - is a daily activity.
