We learn how to make a delicious raw-food cake without harmful impurities (no preservatives, margarine, artificial sugar, white flour, chemical dyes, no heat treatment, etc.).
Ingredients:
1. Raspberries - 1 half cup
2. Banana - 2 pcs (ripe)
3. Oatmeal - 1/3 cup (high quality)
4. Cashews - 1 glass
5. Flax seed - 1 tsp
6. Honey - half a glass
7. Carob or cocoa powder - 1 tsp (without)
Preparation
Poured cashews, flax, oatmeal and carob (or cocoa) into a blender or coffee grinder. Grind for about a minute (preferably until oil is isolated).
The resulting mass was mixed with liquid honey (melted in a steam bath) and a ripe sweet banana (pre-chopped with a fork or grated on a coarse grater). We added most of the raspberries (left a little to decorate our future cake), mixed everything.
The finished dough was put in a silicone mold (or in a plastic jar, for example, from under sour cream). We put it in the freezer for a couple of hours. They got it out, let it stand for 5 minutes to make it easier to remove it from the mold.
They took our cake out of the mold, decorated the top of our cake with raspberries and a banana (+, if desired, sprinkled with cashew or oatmeal flour, also made using a coffee grinder).
It remains only to step a little (if you want a lukewarm one), cut our cake into pieces and treat your neighbor! Delicious and healthy tea, dear friends! :)
